Leicester City are plotting a January move for New York City FC winger Jack Harrison, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

The young wide man has been in terrific form out in the United States, and is catching the eye of several clubs across Europe ahead of the January transfer window.

Harrison’s recent performances have earned him call-ups to the England Under-21 squad, with his stock seemingly rising with NYCFC.

The 20-year-old enjoyed a good season in America, and contributed with a highly respectable total of 20 goals despite New York City’s underwhelming end to the campaign.

It’s claimed by the Daily Mail that Harrison is valued at a mere £6 million by his current club; a transfer fee that Leicester would surely have no issue with paying if their interest is indeed concrete.

Leicester are blessed with several wide options, though, perhaps limiting the game time they’d be able to give Harrison.

Brighton and Everton are both cited with interest, as well.
