Leicester City could face stern competition if they choose to pursue a possible deal for Aleksandar Dragovic, the Leicester Mercury reports.
The Austrian spent last season on loan at the King Power Stadium from Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen and the club have the option to make the deal a permanent one.
However, a delay in getting the deal over the line has alerted other potential suitors.
Dragovic was hugely popular amongst the Leicester fans last season and he recently topped an online poll carried out by the Leicester Mercury which asked fans who they would most like to see their club sin, listing Dragovic alongside all the other names that have been linked with a move to the East Midlands club.
However the 27-year-old defender is also being monitored by West Ham United, Everton and Brighton and Hove Albion.
It is believed that Dragovic will cost in the region of £15million.
