Leicester want to give a trial to young striker Ali Reghba
Leicester City want to hand a trial to young League of Ireland striker Ali Reghba in a bid to beat Middlesbrough, Leeds and Brentford to his signature.
Football Insider reports that the striker has been on trial with Tony Pulis’ side and the Championship club have been impressed with what they have seen after watching the player in action.
This has prompted the Foxes to step up their interest, with the Premier League side themselves hoping to give the player a trial at the King Power before interest rises.
Reghba currently plays his football for Bohemians in Ireland and scored twice on his professional debut for the club.
The report claims that Leicester are hoping their Premier League status alone will be enough to see them over the line in the race to sign the player.
The Republic of Ireland youth international is set to be a man in demand over the course of the next few months, with clubs recognising a potential bargain.
