Leicester player ratings: Brighton (A)
An early James Maddison red card put Leicester on the back foot against Brighton, but a late Jamie Vardy penalty rescued a point for the Foxes.
Glenn Murray gave the Foxes an early lead on the South Coast, before Maddison saw Red after picking up two yellow cards.
However, Jamie Vardy coming on in the second half rescued a point for the Foxes, with the striker netting from the penalty spot.

Did okay between the sticks, but will be disappointed with the goal he conceded.

Did alright at full back.

Needs to do more to warrant his inclusion in the squad.

Really solid defensively for the Foxes. Showing why he should start.
Ben Chilwell - 7
Again impressive at the back for Leicester.
Nampalys Mendy - 7
Controlled the midfield and was good defensively.
Vicente Iborra - 5
Not at his best.
James Maddison - 1
Stupidly sent off. Getting sent off for simulation shows his immaturity. Needs to know better. Will miss Carabao clash with Southampton.
Marc Albrighton - 6
Very similar performance to the one before the break. Could do better.
Demarai Gray - 6
Questions again about his ability in this fixture.
Shinji Okazaki - 6
Thrown into a difficult situation without Vardy early on, but didn’t look that good.
Wilfried Ndidi - 7
Did well to bring some solid play to the midfield after Maddison’s red.
Jamie Vardy - 8
Changed the game for the Foxes. Scored the equaliser from the penalty spot also.
