Leicester City will travel to the John Smith’s Stadium on Saturday afternoon as they prepare to face Huddersfield.
The Foxes come into the match in ninth place but will have the chance to end the weekend in seventh if they manage a win, with both Watford and Wolves in FA Cup action. This is a must win game to keep Leicester’s hopes of Europa League qualification alive.
Brendan Rodgers side are on a three-match winning run and will hope to extend that to four against their opponents who have already been relegated.
Leicester defender Harry Maguire will be available for selection once again following his suspension, although captain Wes Morgan has played well in the England international’s absence.
The Foxes have no new injury concerns, but Marc Albrighton is still on the sidelines as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury.
Here’s how we think Leicester will line-up:
GK: Kasper Schmeichel
Schmeichel has been in good form recently and could take up the captain’s role once again should Morgan move back to the bench.
RB: Ricardo Pereira
A standout performer for Leicester this season, Pereira is firmly the first choice right-back.
CB: Jonny Evans
Evans has played well since breaking into the first team. His position could be under threat if Rodgers decides to play the in-form Morgan.
CB: Harry Maguire
Maguire comes back into contention for a start now his suspension is over. Although his position in the starting line-up could be under threat with Morgan playing well in the previous two games., but we think Rodgers will probably go back to Maguire.
LB: Ben Chilwell
Chilwell has made the left-back spot his own the season as he continues to develop into one of Leicester’s key players.
CM: Wilfred Ndidi
Ndidi had a fantastic game last time out. His growing partnership with Tielemans seems to have improved his game.
CM: Youri Tielemans
Leicester’s best player since joining in January. The creativity he brings to the side is what Leicester have needed for a long time.
CM: James Maddison
Maddison completes the midfield three of Leicester. The dynamic of the three different players has been great to watch. Maddison continues to be one of the top creators in Europe this season.
RW: Demarai Gray
Gray continues to be inconsistent with his performances. But right now there aren’t any other options for Rodgers to use out wide, Rachid Ghezzal has been lacklustre since signing in the summer, meaning the former Birmingham man looks set to start.
LW: Harvey Barnes
Barnes has impressed since being recalled from loan at West Brom in January. His end product still needs some work, but his direct approach down the wing helps give Leicester’s attacks pace.
ST: Jamie Vardy
Vardy received a Player of the Month nomination for his performances in March. His season has been revived since Rodgers arrival and he will be hoping to continue his good form against Huddersfield.
