Leicester City have been lucky to hold on to England international Harry Maguire after his performances during the World Cup.

However, now reports on TEAMtalk suggest that Leicester would be willing to sell the 26-year-old if a team meets their asking price of £85 million.

Leicester are reportedly not putting Maguire up for sale but if any of the teams rumoured to be linked with him become highly interested, they wouldn’t say no.

Recently, Maguire has been linked with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United side as they look to improve their defence following an unimpressive season.

Similarly, Manchester City, who have just last month said farewell to Vincent Kompany after an 11-year career at the Etihad could possibly be searching for a replacement for their now ex-centre-back.

Following these rumours, the Foxes have told Maguire, who still has four years on his contract, that they will not stand in his way if an offer comes around. This summer transfer window will be an interesting one for Maguire and the rest of Leicester City.
