Leicester City are set to sign highly-rated teenager Ali Reghba this summer, according to exclusive claims from Irish news outlet The 42.
The 19-year-old will be leaving his current team Bohemians this summer for cheap just four months after signing a new contract with the club.
Reghba had an underwhelming 2018/19 season, scoring three times and providing no assists in his 15 games.
The Foxes were impressed with what they saw from the striker during his trial for the club earlier this year, The 42 reports.
It is also claimed that Championship trio Leeds United, Middlesbrough and Brentford have all displayed an interest in recruiting the dynamic forward.
The Republic of Ireland Under-19 thanked Bohemians for supporting him during his two seasons at the club, effectively confirming that pastures new will await, as Leicester close in on a deal.
Whether or not the attacker will feature in the plans of Brendan Rodgers ahead of next season remains to be seen.
Forwards who Leicester could target this summer
Adams had an excellent season at Birmingham City. A Premier League move surely beckons.
Sturridge is available for free following his release from Liverpool. Rodgers could be keen to reunite with his former striker.
Petagna impressed at Spal last season. The promising Italian would add a different dimension to Leicester’s attacking options.
Puscas has been a revelation this summer. His displays for Romania’s Under-21 side could earn him a big move.
