Leicester City linked with Mario Lemina
Leicester City are reportedly among a host of clubs who are keen to sign Mario Lemina from Southampton this summer.
According to claims from The Daily Mail, the Foxes have already lodged an enquiry, with Premier League giants Manchester United and Arsenal also pursuing the Gabonese midfielder.
Serie A club Atalanta are also believed to be in the race to sign Lemina, who has experience of playing in Italy from during his time at Juventus.
The 25-year-old is ready to leave Southampton this summer as they look to raise funds to strengthen other areas of the squad, and it seems Leicester are prepared to capitalise on this opportunity.
Lemina has spent two seasons at St Mary’s Stadium but has struggled with a mixture of problems linked to injuries and inconsistency.
However, following the £40 million signing of Youri Tielemans, it seems Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers could offer the ex-Marseille star a route away from Southampton if the price is right.
