Leicester City maintain their unbeaten start to the season after a comfortable 3-1 win over Bournemouth at King Power stadium.

It was a game that Leicester dominated and really could have bagged a few more goals than they ultimately did.

The Foxes took the lead early on after an excellent lofted finish from Jamie Vardy to score in back-to-back league games.

It didn’t take long for the visitors to reply though, as the Leicester defence turned off,. A good run from striker Callum Wilson got him behind the Foxes back-line and he finished coolly into the bottom corner.

The home side however were looking the more threatening. Just before half-time City took the lead again, after a determined run from Vardy got him to the edge of the six yard box to poke a ball through to Youri Tielemans, who stuck out a foot for his first goal of the season.

Leicester looked even more dominant in the second-half, and it was Tielemans who returned the favour to Vardy to double the advantage of Brendan Rodger’s side.

A precise ball through from the Belgian found the Leicester striker who buried the chance well to make it three goals in two.

Leicester showed excellent game management after making it 3-1 and comfortably held on to earn their second victory in the league and climb to third in the table as things stand.
